CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY:

Kindred Canine requires a full 48-hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling for all appointments for non-holiday bookings.  If less than 24 hours notice is received, 100% of the entire booking is due, and if more than 24-hours but less than 48-hours is received, 50% of the entire booking is due.

For holiday bookings, we require at least seven-day notice of cancellation or rescheduling.  If less than seven-day notice is received, client is required to pay for 100% of the booking, and 50% of the entire booking is due if the notice is more than 48 hours but less than seven days.

 ADDITIONAL SERVICES/FEES

  • $3/additional pet
    Above rates are for one pet.  Additional pets, per visit, are $3/each.

  • $5/additional care
    Fee for pets requiring additional care such as hygiene, laundry, multiple or complicated medications/injections, etc.

  • $10/errand
    This fee applies if you run out of food or other supplies while we're caring for your pet(s) and need us to make a trip to pick more up before you return (cost of items must also be reimbursed).

  • $5/$10/holiday
    Visits scheduled on the holidays listed below are subject to a $5 holiday fee per visit, and $10 holiday fee per Overnight Visit.  Holidays include Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
